Crosby Coffee began in 2014 as Jack Foster’s pursuit of better coffee for the North West, inspired by London’s coffee scene, and started on Bridge Road Industrial Estate. He began roasting at home, sharing with friends and selling at local markets under the Crosby Coffee name. The small passion project grew into one of Liverpool’s most exciting independent roasters when Mark Slinger joined in 2016 to guide its growth. Now co-owned by Jack and Mark, their shared goal has remained simple: to source and roast the best specialty coffee and make it accessible to everyone.

The bakery isn’t about making a grand statement—it’s about something smaller and more meaningful: creating the best, most nutritious and flavourful bread possible. The aim is to serve the local community while supporting farms and mills that protect soil, seed, and traditional craft.

It is milled from population varieties made up of hundreds of different types, a living, evolving field of grain that adapts to its environment over time. It’s grown organically without chemicals or use of artificial fertilisers. The result is a crop that’s not only more resilient to climate and disease, but one that supports healthier soil, greater biodiversity, and genuinely richer flavour. 

 At The Butterholic, we’re obsessed with viennoiserie — croissants, cruffins, danishes, cubes — and we take our time with them. Every pastry is made over three days using traditional methods, with every step being as important as the last.

We keep things simple: the best ingredients we can find, made with care, by a team that loves what they do. 

 Bringing hand-crafted wines to Liverpool and beyond, we are importers, retailers, and wholesalers. With a soft focus on organic and biodynamic practices and a hard line on sustainability, we champion authenticity, diversity, and balance—hand made wines that speak honestly of where they're from.  

 TeaDrop is all about quality, care, and making tea feel special. They source small-batch, seasonal leaves from around the world, working closely with growers to ensure everything is ethically picked and handled with care. 

 William Fox Drinks Co is an Artisan Syrup manufacturer based  in the North of the UK who produce the only Colourless Syrup range in the World. Founded in 2015 they have taken the UK by storm with their incredible selection of colourless plain and flavoured Gomme syrups
