The Core of what we do
Core is all about people. We’re an Independent, Liverpool-born coffee shop built on community, creativity, and connection — and everything we do reflects that.
Keeping things local matters to us. From the suppliers we work with to the food we serve, we try to stay close to home.
Coffee is a big part of what we do, but it’s the people — our team and everyone who walks through the door — that really make the place what it is.
Music’s a big part of Core too. We love giving a platform to local talent, and you’ll find live music here every Sunday from 13:00 to 15:00.
We like to keep things moving, so our menu changes every three months. It keeps things interesting, pushes our team, and gives us a chance to keep learning and
improving. Everything we do is a team effort — new ideas, menu changes, how we grow — it’s something we build together.
At the end of the day, Core is about doing things properly: supporting local, bringing people together, and hopefully creating something we can be proud of.
